Junior Campaign Manager

Near Creative is looking for someone who will be responsible for managing customers, projects, and executing marketing campaigns, reporting directly under the Head of Customer Success.

  • • Assist in executing campaigns, coordination with client

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

    • Renew contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

    • Conceptualize and execute the campaign strategy for the account

    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients

    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and

    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    • Support the marketing team in any initiatives that need focus. This includes, but is not limited to posting on social media, coordinating with the content team, etc.

  • • You have 1-3 years of customer success, account management, project management, or social media management experience within an agency or a brand

    • You have strong creative, communication, and ideation skills.

    • You have empathy, you are good at relationship building and you are personable

    • You have the resourcefulness and knowledge needed to make campaigns succeed

    • You have an understanding of what works for marketing campaigns and on different social media channels

    • You are comfortable with a lot of independence and trust. You come with solutions, not problems.

    • You are quick on your feet and can come up with the right response spontaneously

    • You would like to have your own business someday and are interested to work with fellow entrepreneurial personalities

    • You are intellectually curious and proactively identify areas of improvement and growth

    • You thrive in an independent working culture where you have the freedom to define how you will achieve your goals

    • Work-life balance is important to you, and you know that taking care of yourself comes first

    • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, and Word required

    • Experience with account management preferred

Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, directly reporting to our CEO. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to generate inbound leads for Near. You will oversee marketing initiatives that aim to acquire and nurture leads through brand building and PR. These may include content creation, partnerships, paid social media, search engine marketing (SEM), webinars, email campaigns, and other experimental campaigns. We are looking for a results-driven marketer who is focused on generating revenue and has a proven track record with inbound B2B marketing.

  • Define overall B2B brand strategy that will enable Near to reduce its cost per acquisition in the long term

    Manage organic social media strategy and accounts for Near Creative (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn)

    Develop relationships with media to build Near’s reputation

    Seek opportunities for Near to establish its position in the industry

    Contribute to content creation aimed at targeting prospects throughout the customer lifecycle.

    Take over responsibility of planning, scheduling, promoting and executing Near’s webinars and other events

    Launch experimental campaigns to drive Near’s reputation and public perception

    Oversee lead generation campaigns such as but not limited to Google ads, paid social, paid media, newsletters, and track, measure and communicate their results, with the goal of scaling & growing inbound leads & traffic to the website

    Work closely with Sales & Customer Success team and make sure lead generation activities and outreach are aligned

    Analyze and create monthly reports to assess effectiveness of campaigns

  • You have 5-7 years marketing or brand experience within an agency or for a brand

    You’re great at creating brand strategy or marketing campaigns

    You know what it takes to grow a brand and its reputation

    You’ve shown success in creating real business impact

    You’re comfortable with execution and experimentation

    You have strong empathy, communication and persuasion skills

    You come with solutions, not problems.

    You are intellectually curious and proactively identify areas of improvement and growth

    Experience with Google Workspace & Canva required

    Experience with generating demand for a business required

    Experience with B2B preferred
